The best of Roma! Teaming up with Guilio was the perfect way to see ancient Rome (with his specific knowledge), and doing it privately meant we saw what we wanted to see and no fluff. We even stopped at a market for some jerky- fantastic gelato and paninis! I felt traveling by Segway meant we could see a lot more, we seemed to be away from a lot of tourists. All in all definitely worth the spending the money if you can for your own personalized adventure.

Night time Segway tour! Wow what an excellent tour around Rome in the evening. Our tour guide, Jules was brilliant! His passion and knowledge for the city was remarkable and drew us in right from the start of the 3hr tour. Such a good way to see so much, that we wouldn’t have been able to see on foot. Fantastic!!

The Ultimate highlight of our Rome Trip – It even topped the Colosseum tour! Not only does the Segways save your legs, you also see so much of Rome in a single afternoon, and the Segways are so much fun to ride, and can be used by anyone, no matter what age. Our tour guide, Giulio, made the tour unbelievably amazing. His knowledge, energy, humor, is out of this world and we had the best time with him. He was so engaging and I feel like I came away knowing so much about ancient and modern Rome, and we laughed for hours whilst being educated. I would highly recommend this to everyone, as this was our favorite part of our entire trip.

“Sooo much fun”. We did a 3 hour Segway tour yesterday which doesn’t include 30 mins training prior to the tour. Our guide John Paul was the best, so professional and knowledgeable. I’ve never ridden a Segway but John Paul was a great teacher and made us feel safe and confident. We saw more of Rome during the 3 hour tour than we did walking around Rome for 3 days prior. I highly recommend the Segway tour with Rolling Rome.

Ancient Rome Segway tour! Wow, what an amazing 3 hour Segway tour we had with Eugene! We are in our mid 50s and have never rode a Segway before. First he patiently gave us instructions and lessons. Within 20 minutes we were all set to go. He is very knowledgeable, personable and warm. Off we all went to learn about the many ancient sites in Rome, including the Colosseum , the Forum and the Circus Maximus. It was exhilarating. So worth the price.

Best way to see Rome! My husband and I took the Segway tour, and it was the best choice we’ve made on our trip. I used to think that Segway is kind of a gimmick, but we thought it might be fun to try – and I think it is actually the best way to experience so much of Rome’s viewpoints, and special locations that otherwise we would have not seen on our own. It is so satisfying driving effortlessly and quickly up the hills, which would take us hours to do by foot, and on the other hand pass via the alleys of Trastevere, absorbing the wonderful atmosphere. Our guide was Jean Paul who was really great, making the tour both interesting and fun. He also gave us great advice on locations to eat and revisit afterwards!

A great 3 hour tour on a Segway This was a fabulous way to experience different areas of Rome without all the walking! We thought there would be others on the tour but in the end it was just the two of us. Julienne did a great job getting us first, accustomed to riding the Segway, and then giving great information about all the sites we visited along the way. We thoroughly enjoyed this way to explore Rome. The Segway allows easy access both on roads and into squares etc that would not be as easy on a bike. I would highly recommend booking this tour if you want to feel a part of the action and have a knowledgeable guide to fill in the history and take you to interesting places in Rome. Three hours went very quickly!

Don’t miss it! Absolutely love their customer service! Giulio was our tour guide, and it’s obvious he loves what he does. He was incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful in his Segway lessons and all the history and information he shared with us. Would totally do this again when back in Rome!
